I love it. Everything in moderation is alright. I only drink diet, though, because like most, I'd prefer to eat my calories. I don't see why people have a huge issue with soda. If you drink one a day, instead of eating a snack, I don't see it as a huge deal. You know your dietary program, and if you can fit it in, more…

I'm an overnight editor at a top Public Relations Distributor company. Basically, I read releases sent in by PR firms, edit them for grammar and clarity, then send them out for the world to see. Some nights it can be fun, some nights it can be boring, but it's usually fairly interesting keeping abreast of the weird stuff…

Do this for yourself. Don't do it for your significant other, your sibling, etc. As someone that lost a ton of weight trying to do it for someone other than myself, once that person is gone, it's very hard to maintain the motivation. But if you are your own motivation, you'll always keep on top of things!

I know it's hard, but the best thing to do is get a routine while at work, and then kind of play it by ear at home. Sleep is the one challenge we really go through, because it's never constant. I'll let you know what I TRY (sometimes it doesn't work) to do. I work four 10-hour shifts, Sunday through Thursday nights. While…

I'm a life-long Chicago Cubs fan. In a moment of total honesty, and I think a lot of Cubs fans feel this way, I'm not sure how I will feel when they actually win the big one. Being the "lovable losers" is part of their appeal to me. You know with 100-percent certainty that Cubs fans aren't Cubs fans because the team is…

Of course everyone wants to have at least some level of physical attraction, but if you take that out of the equation: - Intelligence - Wit/Sarcasm - Common Interests The most important thing for me, personally, is to have someone that motivates me to become a better person. I often times struggle with doing things that…

When I lost weight before, I did it on a normal daily schedule. Wake up at 9ish, in bed by midnight. This is definitely more difficult to maintain. But being at work, there's not much I can do to cheat anyway, unless I bring in a lot of bad food. Also, bump for great justice! (and for hopefully more people still awake at…

I think everyone is going to have their own opinion on this one, but for me, diet is about 70% and exercise is about 30% of the equation. If you eat 3,500 calories a day, but exercise hard for an hour, it's not going to help out all that much. However, if you eat just enough calories, and don't exercise, you'll lose…

Awesome! Congrats! You can really see a huge difference already! Keep up the great work!

I'm 6'2", just started on the website, but have been dieting for about three weeks. Started at 240, down to 230, with a goal of 195. Several years ago, I dieted down to 173, which I was told was ideal, but it was way too skinny, and I ended up ballooning back to 240. Definitely going with a more modest goal this time, and…
