i'm rather heavy myself. if you can swim, treading water without using your hands, and kicking with a kickboard only help stregnthen your leg muscles. water jogging also helps.

Well, i'm definitely 280+. When my local Y first offered zumba i weighed about 295 #. i loved it and was taking the class 3 times a week. It stopped for a while and i fell off the wagon in my weight, but now they offer it again in Oct i was 336 # taking zumba and still luv it and now i'm a bit smaller ( still have to get…

i'm having fish every Friday at a local church. I luv Lent :heart: . i'm gonna read my bible everyday and be more conscious of my temper during Lent.

ok i had to switch from salt to "No Salt" substitute. if i eat too much regular salt i puff up like a puffer-fish ,really bad. so i cut all salt for a month, then went to fake salt and no-sodium seasoning. its a change but no more swollen calves :)

I'd invest in a good pedometer. one that works in 2 or 3 directions. i keep mine in my pocket and it works really well.

I'd say just rest a few days. your body needs time to to get better. I like to walk a little bit to get fresh air when i'm sick, it makes me feel better. but you really need to rest up. thats just my opinion. hope it helps and hope you get better soon .

i wash everyday even if i don't sweat . I'm a creature of habit so if i don't bath every 24 hrs i get wigged out. one time on a trip out of town , i did a wash-up out of a small bucket at a rest stop.

Tilapia , whiting and salmon fillets are firm textured fish. i usually thaw 'them. then spray them with "spray butter" ( parkey in the pump) and put season all on them and bake in the oven. becuz they are a firmer fish you can cook them til they dryer , like your chicken. hope this helps

bacon salt., from Baconsalt.com. they believe ( like me) that everything should taste like bacon.. and its low sodium. i wish it was in stores.:happy:
