My physician recommended not eating back calories lost during exercise, if the goal is to lose weight.

I'm 5'7" too. I currently weight 173 lbs. My short term goal is 159 (to be within the BMI range, per doctor's orders) and my long term goal is 135. The lowest that I've been is 140, but I could probably reach 135 with a little more effort. Felt good to be 140 back in the day! I work out a lot, so not sure how muscle…
