I agree. I don't think a limited amount of strength training is necessarily bad; however muscle does help in the weigh loss process. I would say if you feel you're going to bulk up, limit the strength training, but don't avoid it entirely.

Well, it all depends on your body type. Having thick thighs and a big butt is not necessarily a bad thing. Even at 115 lbs, my thighs were always thicker and my butt was thick as well.
