I have found that swimming laps is the right exercise for me. The right exercise for you is one that you can do and still enjoy doing it.

Totally not true! I am 48 and I have lost 31 pounds in the last 3 months. It just takes making a "life style" change which I wasn't willing to make before I hit 200 pounds. Be positive and you will do it. Feel free to add me as a friend if you need encouragement.
