Chemicals no caffeine yes. Pepsi max has twice the amount of caffeine as normal diet Pepsi[/quote] It does contain chemicals. Pepsi max and most over diet drinks especially contain chemicals. Aspartame is the artificial sweetener that is used and that's got a very bad press in recent times

I'd say do things gradually with little steps. You've stopped drinking which is great so your next step is to eat better and excersise. If it were me I'd integrate training in gradually and improve your diet weekly through little changes. Don't try and do it all at once as it might be too hard to adjust. If you can though…

I was drinking way too much Pepsi max which is sugar free, it started to affect my sleep patterns and general moods, probably to do with all the chemicals and caffeine. I have since cut right down and have slept so much better, in regards to weight loss it hasn't seemed to make a difference

from my point of view i think its a bad idea. Your better off getting your macros from good calories rather than simple sugars and other nastys. Im sure that there will be some recipes for a 'clean' ice-cream on the net.

Just keep a 1.5l bottle of water in the car, in your workplace and at home. Hydration is so important so even if you struggle your just going to have to make more of an effort.

I tend to find a lot of people on here way over estimate how many calories they burn whilst training. I personally don't eat the calories i burn on a workout back and believe this is the best way, for me atleast.
