Low carb diet <100g
I'm on my 5th day of a low carb diet and the weight is starting to come off pretty fast, is anyone else on a similar diet? I have upped my fat intake and that helps, I haven't had a proper carb meal in 5 days and it's starting to catch up on me Has anyone had much success on the same kind of diet? How are you finding it

I've recently discovered this excellent website. My goal at the moment is to strip some body fat for the summer, i started at 13 stone 2 and currently weigh 12 stone 2, my short term goal is to get to around 7% body fat, i am currently at 9.7%.
