Post Workout meal

Hey everyone,

For all who weight train....

What is your favourite PWO meal? Do you have it in a shake form or solid foods

    I prefer a shake before/during, and a meal after.

    if i go to the gym ill bring something along like nuts and a piece of fruit ..sometimes a myoplex bar that is low in carbs ..but the carbs are still around 26. if im home ill have a shake

    I hit the gym till late at night, so a simple protein shake with some oats/gatorade is it.

    ALWAYS a protein shake w/ skim milk & ice as soon as I get home. YUM!

    Egg whites. Not my favorite, but it's what I usually eat.

    I usually have whey in my morning coffee. About 3 hours later I train (I drink coffee up until I train). I eat my first meal about 2 hours after I train and its usually protein dense.

    Protein shake before, protein bar after. Or the other way around depending.

    Rump steak, sweet potatoes with chilli and paprika and green veg.
