  • I agree, your best off getting your carbs from the source pax states above. In my opinion i would keep away from breads, most people can't digest wheat properly hence the bloated feeling after eating it. Only my opinion though.

  • Loosing weight in general boils down to calories in v calorie out however.... eating 14 kit kats a day is going to hinder your progress more than having 3 proper meals with the same calories.   • I don't train till 5 o'clock so my last carb meal is around 6.30pm , if i trained at 7 my last carb meal would be 9pm...... personally i don't see that being a problem however everyones different i suppose.
  • Aslong as you are eating the right type of carbs its not a problem. I have slow release carbs (oats) in the morning when i wake, then I have fast release carbs immediately after training then an hour later i will have some more carbs in the from of grains. However when i cut down in the summer i do tend to go low carbs…
  • Your suffering from mental weakness. Take a photo of yourself topless and stick it on the fridge so every time you go you will be reminded of what you look like and what you want to get away from. Do you go to he gym?
  • I usually hit around 175-200g of protein a day even when cutting. At the moment I am trying to gain weight. There is about. 4 calories per gram of protein which means I consume around 800 calories from protein, however the thermo effect of protein (how much energy your body expends to break it down and digest) is higher…

  • I had a cheat meal which included : - Meat feast pizza - Donna kebab meat - chicken kebab in pitta - chips - some frosties! First cheat meal in 7 days. Probably not that healthy :-/
  • Hey I'm from the northeast too. This app is a great tool should you use it correctly and remember to put everything in. You will get a shock when you realise how many calories are in certain things. Good luck!
  • I think the fire fighter outfit will be abit heavy to carry around although it would be handy if it rains or someone sets the party on fire! Any other ideas x
