Just remember most people drastically underestimate their serving sizes so the calories you think you consume usually aren't accurate.

Most people greatly underestimate their intake of calories so in reality you are probably getting more calories than what you think so you will be ok.

The HCG drops only contain trace amounts of HCG-not enough to make any difference. It is like a placebo. Anyone consuming 500 calories per day will lose weight.

Set short term and long term goals. If you fall off the wagon-don't quit-just pick back up where you left off. When you count calories, don't underestimate your portion sizes.
