I agree! I use the weekly summary to see if I can go over one day if I may want to satisfy a craving. Use the reports and look at your net calories. You should be fine.

I can say that I wouldnt plan on cheating but if your body has a craving you will have to eventually fulfill it. For example, I had been craving some banana pudding for the past month and finally had enough calories available to get some (I was working so hard I missed breakfast). I agree with this quote. Dont sweat it. Drink waer to flush the water your body is probably retaining and you should be fine. We all have to satisfy a craving every once and a while.

I did mini goals but I have set my ultimate goal too. When I reached my 25 lb goal I did a large Chic-Fil-A peach milkshake on a day I burned so many calories I still had a negative net intake......lol. Some good music! I play some upbeat music that gets me pumped up and then I end up in the gym with headphones on or something. Then, like someone else said previously, when I get in and get started I can finish my workout.

For me I started losing inches the first two weeks before I saw a pound come off. Even then, the weight didnt start coming off smoothly til about a good month into calorie counting and exercising regularly. Dont get discouraged, keep going.
