what i usually do is I put 10 chicken breasts into a crock pot with some chicken broth and cook those for about 8 hours. When the chicken comes out, I just shred it up. There are tons of things that you can do to help your skin regain elasticity. I have been successful with all of them. What I do is I shower 2 times a day. Once in the morning. Once at night. Lol It's terrible... And the more weight I lose... The more noticeable it's gotten! I'm try keeping up with the strength training and circuit training. It's gotten better for sure... but not quite enough. I'm only 22, so I should be able to have it bounce back. EVENTUALLY.... HOPEFULLY!

I watch the biggest loser... all of them end up with rocking bodies after they lose all that weight. Some of them even start out weighing over 250. I started at 276 and I'm 5'5"-6". MFP says that I have to east 1245 calories/day to lose... Im 5'6" not terribly short... and I'm 180 pounds. I have a little more than "just a little" to lose. lol but I really don't mind only eating 1200 calories a day.
