When I'm REALLY craving something salty and crunchy I eat pringles light reduced fat chips. You can eat 14 of them for only 70 calories. And they are DELICIOUS. Lately I've been using a lot of turkey sausage. They have 2 packs of turkey sausage patties from jimmy dean. They are only 90 calories for the 2 of them. I also have the 90 calorie muffins. What I do when I'm REALLY craving buffalo but can't have the extra calories... is I fry up some fresh cauliflower and soak em in franks hot sauce. I dip them in low cal bleu cheese dressing. It's significantly less calories, and actually pretty delicious. :)

I feel that I work out better when I'm listening to Akon, 50 cent, Eminem, pretty much any form of rap music. In between workouts I dance and shake my groove thang. :noway: I end up getting twice the workout. lol

I'm currently on day 7 of 30 day shred and every once in a while when I feel REALLY crazy I will also do her extreme shed and shred or killer buns and thighs. :) I've lost 15 pounds since starting both of them! I love Jillian :love:
