I jog around town / at state or county parks if I feel like driving out there. Treadmill for rainy days and too much ice. I've been looking for a gym in the area that's set up for power lifting if anyone knows one. For now, I'm just going to give Insanity another 9 weeks of my life and go from there.

I drink my coffee black most of the time. Sometimes I add cinnamon (delicious) Creamer is reserved for treats / holidays lately.

I run (in snow) with UA Cold Weather pants / shirt + t-shirt, running shirt and depending on how cold, a turtle neck. Cotton gloves Neckwarmer and wool hat as well. Plenty warm for a 10 mile run if the wind isn't too bad. The UA pants/shirt were $50 each though, so may or may not fit your current needs.

I work 3rd's in a factory. Enjoying my night off this week chatting on Skype and watching Netflix. Also making venison jerky at the moment and a batch of cookies before bed :D Love being awake for meteor showers!

Sadly right now my goal weight is whatever the military wants me to weigh. Which is based entirely on BMI and not body composition at this point in time(bummer since I'm naturally muscular) May not be a realistic goal for me but we'll see how close we can get.

When I began, about a quarter mile. (This past summer) Now I run 5 miles daily, sometimes when I have the time (like today) I'll do 10 or so just to prove to myself how far I've come.

Willpower. Train it like a muscle. Though working 3rd shift means I can workout with the sunrise with no inconvenience.

I am unrecognizable at 50 lbs lost. At only 64 inches tall and 190 lbs I'm leaner than I've been in almost a decade. It's fun :)

It was rough in the beginning. After about 2 weeks the first month workouts became easy. Then month 2 set a whole new threshold for workout intensity. And about 2 weeks into that the days weren't nearly as rough. Keep on trucking! Great workout!

30 pack of beer, bottle of Vodka (green apple smirnoff mixing with squirt). Beer pong and a bonfire. I advise against drinking a dozen beers then most of a bottle of vodka in 3 mixed drinks. Oh to be young(stupid).

I drink lots of black / green tea on a daily basis. some days nearly 10 cups I would imagine. If I do sweeten I use Honey. And one of my favorites is Sleepytime / Nighty Night tea before bed. As for particular flavors of tea? I'm a fan of green tea w/ lemon. Adventurous, I know.
