  • Maybe true... but I am training for a half marathon .... the run is in mid-July.
  • Dang! I was going to stuff my face with Oreo's and Twinkies -- but I guess I will have to drink another protein shake
  • That was my thought ... and I guess I will have to breakthrough the phobia of eat more food to loose weight.. I will see if I can get up to 2000 net calories a day.... Just seems weird to eat more...
  • Well, after the reading all the replies to my original question, I am going to continue what I've always done... wax my back shoulders every 4 to 5 months, and just trim the chest hair..... ;-)
  • Ifs funny how our taste buds are different... I love Fortress Super whey protein ... especially the vanilla and frosty chocolate flavors... but I drinking it with milk is much better then water.... and adding fruit to the vanilla is just fantastic. I blend mine in a magicbullet blender.. so its nice and smooth.…
  • I can easily hit my A and C intake by eating fruits and veggies, but iron seems to always be around 40%... unless I eat meat, then it can jump to 350%... I eat liver, heart and kidney, which contain a lot of iron... I also take a multi B vitamin every day, just to make sure I am getting enough.

  • Its wonderful stuff! Like others have said before, I has a light nutty flavor... I just put half cup into a cup of boiling water, reduce the heat, cover and simmer until the water is gone.... serve it like you would rice. I also make bread out of it... I will post the recipe later. SilMarillion.

  • Well, as I live in S. Florida, getting a tan is not a problem..
  • @tinana_RN ... I get my back waxed every 4 to 5 months... I have found that if the hair is less than .25", it doesn't work as well, and it hurts like hell! I normally notice the hair growing back by the 3rd month.
  • @Kori18 ... Well, I am 43 and not trying to hide that fact... actually enjoy being 43...
  • I love getting my back waxed...;-) Its a guilty pleasure... getting laser treatments would take that away.
  • I have just posted a pic which was taken today...you can see my chest hair a little better.... comments are welcome.
  • I'm not concerned about the water retention with the sodium... that's easy to get rid off with a good sweat from exercise ;-).... my concern is the high blood pressure it can bring... Yes, I try to avoid eating anything that has high sodium content, but today that didn't happen... :-( the same goes for cholesterol... just…
  • My diary is completely open to the public.. the good, bad and ugly of it all. As far as I am concerned, anyone can go in, take a look, and provide feedback -- feedback is feedback. SilMarillion.
  • Lol! Thanks for the reply... I'm laughing because I have just finished doing 100 crunches and holding a 5 sets of 60 second planks ;-)
  • It was my mistake... (well, sort of)... I selected the first "Homemade pouched eggs" I found in the food library, and who ever entered this into the library had entered 110 for the fat content! I have since searched for another version of homemade pouched eggs, and found the "Egglands Best", which like you say, has only…
