Trust me there is nothing that can prepare you for that insane workout, but I loved it. The hardest, but most rewarding workout ever.

I have done Insanity now for 2 rounds and I love my definition. Trust me when I tell you that you will not lose your definition at all. You do so many pushups it's not even funny. I love the cutness of my arms. It's a GREAT workout
