I have four slices of toast with cream cheese and pumpkin butter on it and a cup of coffee before bed every night. It hasn't hindered my weight loss.

About a month ago my family and I went to Taco Bell. I was craving a beefy five layer burrito and I enjoyed every last bite. I even got guacamole to dip it in mmmm. I logged it too and was still under my calories for the day. Fast food is not a regualar occurence in my family anymore. Just an occasional treat.

My husband and I belong to Anytime Fitness and absolutely love it! Great staff, clean, lots of cardio machines and plenty of free weights. I love lifting heavy!

My husband and I started this journey about a year ago. To date I have lost 142 pounds and my husband has lost 130 pounds. Our teenage son has lost 30 pounds. We feel great and are more active than ever and we know we are setting a good example for our son.

Yesterday at the gym I did 81 minutes on the elliptical. MFP said 968 calories burned. The machine said 750. My HRM said 555 calories burned. I always go with the HRM.

A lady at the gym the other day asked me how much weight I had lost and I told her I had lost 136 pounds. She said "Wow that's great, but you still have big legs." For the most I do get positive comments, but I think some people speak without thinking.

MFP has me set at 1380 calories to lose 1 pound a week. I generally eat between 1500 and 1700 calories a day and have been consistently losing. So yes, I do eat some of my exercise calories back. I do wear a heart rate monitor to get a more accurate count of calories burned.

It is absolutely possible. Since September 2011 I have lost 127 pounds. The first 100 pounds was off within a year. I did not have surgery. I started eating healthier and watching portion sizes. I increased my calorie intake and I eat every 3 hours starting at 6am. I eat 5 to 6 times a day. The scale is moving again in the right direction.

7 days a week. If by Sunday we have alot of leftovers, then I don't cook that day. But usually it is everyday. My family likes homemade food too.
