I have a keurig and my favorite is green mountain hazelnut decaf. I drink it with a tablespoon of unsweetened vanilla almond milk. So yummy.

I work with a personal trainer twice a week. He pushes me to do things I never thought I could do. He keeps me motivated. Once I started working with a trainer it really helped with the weight loss. Definitely worth the money if you find the right one.

Today was the day I lost my first 100 pounds. Let me tell you that was pretty exciting! Seeing that number on the scale go down is a great feeling. Also knowing that I have the love and support of my husband is wonderful too!

Great job! I understand how you feel. It makes me feel great to finally be able buy clothes at "regular stores" instead of specialty shops.

I really like the elliptical.

I am only 4 pounds away from my first 100 pounds. I am very determined. I enjoy seeing the scale go down and my clothes getting bigger as I get smaller. It takes alot of hard work, but if you want it bad enough it gets easier.

Today my trainer had me bench pressing 80lbs. 3 sets of 15 reps. I thought it was very heavy and I am sore as heck so I guess it was a good workout.

I started September 2011 at 315 lbs. I am currently 221. I have lost 94 lbs in about a year. I am in the gym 7 days a week and I work with a personal trainer twice a week. My goal is 145.

I also belong to Anytime Fitness. It is about 7 miles from my house and I am there 7 days a week. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I love my gym.

I work out 7 days a week. Cardio 4 times a week and strength training 3 times a week. I also work with a personal trainer 2 times a week. I work with him on strength training days.

I was on vacation with my family at an amusement park and my son wanted to ride a rollercoaster with me. I could not close the harness and I had to get off. I was devastated! I felt like I let my son down. I have been going strong ever since. We will be back and I will ride that rollercoaster!

My trainer has me doing this on the elliptical. I have worked myself up to an hour doing interval training. It is a great workout.

I made lasagna the other night but I replaced the noodles with zucchini. My son never knew and even asked for a second helping. Sometimes moms have to be sneaky to get kids to eat vegetables.
