I guess since I just like it plain I'm not much help lol... But if you get the vanilla flavor and mix a third of a scoop of vanilla whey into it and a packet of stevia sweetener or a teaspoon of maple agave nectar, it's a great breakfast!!

I use mine for about three or four showers, but I hang it to dry in between and I alternate between two towels. To be honest, I wish I could wash it more often, but that would mean more trips to the laundromat and I really don't want to/don't have enough quarters to do that!

Honestly, I go to the bathroom, look myself in the mirror and ask myself, face-to-face if I'm going to regret eating it afterwords. It works every time, and I use my sweets calories on things like melon and a piece of dark chocolate!

I keep a journal to funnel out negativity. I found that when I have a craving, or I'm in a bad mood, I just write down how I'm feeling, have a glass of water while doing it, then eat something healthier (not necessarily always the healthiest choice, but pop chips instead of potato chips for example) and I don't find myself…

instead of blending them into your smoothie, put the blueberries onto a baking sheet in a flat layer and freeze them! they make great little frozen treats! (and you get your blueberry fix without having to deal with the jelly mess!)

i usually do 10min cardio to warm up, then weights then another 30min cardio. i think it's all up to how your body feels.
