Pizza- I will sit there and eat 4 slices if I'm left alone. Any sweet baked goods- cookies, cake, and pie. Chinese Food- The bad take-out kind. Chow mein and orange chicken. It feels good to get those danger foods out in the open. :p

I'm in a similar situation. Start weight was at 310 pounds. I'm wanting to get down anywhere from 150-170. But it would be amazing to get even under 200, lol! Anyone feel free to add me! I'm in this for the long haul! :drinker:

My opinion? It's the best way for myself to stick to a meal plan that restricts my calories and ultimately works for my weight loss through calorie deficit. I feel happier, less bloated without the carbs, and have healthier hair, skin and nails, because of the healthy fats I consume from avocados, nuts, cheese, coconut…

I have the eat smart scale as well. And I love it. It's accurate so far, every single time I stepped on it after the first time, it would give me the same exact measurement. I even tried to "trick" it, by stepping on it, stepping off, stepping back on with a 10lb bag of potatoes, and then stepping off and stepping back on…
