I run 3 times a week and I also use a program called Body Beast to work 6 days a week. However jacksonpt is correct in stating you need to find what works for you and your schedule. Stay fit!

My exercise right now is training for my first ever 10k. Last year I trained for a 5k so I wanted to up it a little this year. I am also doing a 5k Foam Fest Mud Run. It is an obstacle course. I have lost weight 30 total but 16 since joining MFP. My butt sagging. Need to get it back up in place. Hope this helps to get it there.:smile:
