  • I'm pretty sure its made from tofu but check out TVP. Stuff is awsome with some low cal bbq sauce or mixed in with spaghetti instead of meat. I mix the tvp with equal parts boiling water. It is dehydrated so if you reconstitute it with something that has flavor it will take some of it on.
