I would have grunted back at you, but then again I have a sense of humor. I hate the usual "HI!" I get when out on the paths. I have no desire for pleasantries when my legs are burning, my face is red hot, and shirt is soaked with sweat. I prefer a greeting that acknowledges a common bond. Grunters of the world unite!

You are awesome! Whats your secret? I've only had half of one today, but right now it is REALLY hard to resist!!! Personally, I think that 30DS is BORING! It may be effective, but if you get bored easily from doing the same thing over and over again I wouldn't recommend it

I have a scale I got for 5 bucks at Walmart. It isn't digital but it works a heck of a lot better than guessing. Wal-mart had a digital one for 12 bucks I think.
