Totally hilarious. I mean too bad I'm not here specifically to lose weight (not over wight and never have been) but to get healthy and asked a serious question. But thanks for your input, it was completely useful.

Thank you thank you thank you. I shouldve known better by asking it on here but i wanted everyones honest opinions but most never even read the entire thing. lol

Off topic but I LOVE your hair. =)

Appreciate your opinion. I guess that's where I'm confused at. I work out everyday. I run a min of 2 miles every single day and have been for a good while now (before joining MFP) also i lift weights, hit the gym etc etc. I run everyday....your saying I should count that. I deep clean 2 days out of the week, breaking a…

I have 2 jobs. and I normally rotate them throughout the week unless other circumstances occur. (I am the owner of one and the manager of the other) 1 job requires me to sit 95% of the time the other requires me to run around like a mad man 95% of the time. My sit down days are normally when the deep cleaning takes place.

When I deep clean and log. I dont eat back the calories. Kinda just log it to keep track of what I do during the day. I dont log vacuuming, dishes, mopping or laundry since those I do everyday. I starting trying to lose little over 2 weeks ago and have lost 5lbs since changing my eating habits (eating more)

Appreciate the input but basically what your saying is if i do something everyday...it shouldn't counted? I run at least 2 miles. everyday. and deep clean 2 days out of the week. So according to you. Running would classify as a daily activity. and deep cleaning would be an addition. Am I wrong?
-
yeah, not even. Even during my deep clean days I make it to the gym or atleast a run on the treadmill ;)
-
Sports bra, and yoga shorts/boy shorts count??
-
Haha I have HUGE dogs, they can't fit into corners and normally just give up trying lol
-
Also just to clarify I don't log it everyday. Only the 2 days

Thanks for all the input =) And no, my house isn't that dirty. I normal clean everyday. and then twice a week I get every inch. I have a toddler, 3 cats and 2 dogs in the house. Needless to say if i dont clean every inch, I'd rather not find hidden cheerios that have been chilling in a corner for a month.

I'd go to a doctor. I had almost the same issue. Mine was before I started trying to lose weight but my periods just stopped for 5 months. Went to the doctor and turns out I had an under active thyroid. I'd go just to be on the safe side, 7 months is too long for it to be normal.

Considering I know my husband like the back of my hand, I assure you that he is just oblivious. Never said I yelled at him, talked down to him or anything of that matter, I just have to explain everything otherwise is doesn't click in (my husband isn't an idiot, just doesn't do well when realizing something is upsetting me…

Doesnt work for me. My husband acts like nothings wrong when Im quiet and will go on about his day. And I'd never use it on my daughter because talking works with her. He is as non observant as they come and if i dont lay out the details and explain to him everything, he'll think everythings just peachy lol. If talking…
