Oh wow, i did that TDEE calculator and it said i should be eating about 1800 calories a day.... How can I eat more, when I'm not hungry though?? I'm talking I eat a handful of peanuts, and boom I'm full for about 5 hours...

Okay....TDEE sounds like foreign language to me. What exactly is that? and how do i calculate it?
