polar makes some sports bras with the HRM strap made on. You could try one of those... I personally haven't had that problem.

I work out in the morning or in the afternoon ( i'm lucky enough to be a stay-at-home). If i work out at night I have a hard time getting to sleep because my body is so full of energy.

Okay... I am usually on MFP on my phone so I'll try to get on here and update but I will be out of town this week and hopefully I will be able to do my pushups :) W1D1: 13 total non modified pushups Im also doing the situps and squats Situps i'm on w4d3 and I did 245 situps! Squats i'm on w1d2 and did a total of 69!

i just did day one of week one last night... my initial test was 3, LOL. I have no arm strength. However, I did do a total of 13 last night.... for me that's good. :tongue: I'll hold off on any more days and begin on monday with everyone.

i'm doing 30 day shred right now and am about to move up to level 3 so I'll check out this dvd when I'm done. I can definitely see a difference in my waist and arms!

that's wonderful! Keep up the good work. I had a couple NSV this week. I tried on some dresses I haven't worn in at least a year and a blue jean jacket that I hadn't been able to fit my arms in in forever actually fit and were a little loose! I was so excited!
