Starting this next week when weights come. Sounds horrifying but sooo worth it. Ive lost weight but no inches so def looking forward it. I tried to psych myself up by just watching it a few times but even my eyes felt like they were working out.

I just ordered Phd diet whey protein shakes and bars today because I'm trying to up protein and I've researched lots on it sounds good. I think I'm going to have to start taking something with iron because I stopped eating red meat since joining mfp and I was told I'm slightly anaemic so we'll see if that improves.

I'm going to go through the eat more etc. message boards to get ideas because I don't intentionally go below recommended cals. Just trying to stay within all nutritional goals and calories I struggle a bit with, but like I said tomorrows a new day and I am grateful I am losing!! I was just frustrated with no loss of inches…

I can't begin to explain how helpful the posts and messages I received are. I definitely sat back and looked at my diary and examined where I am going 'wrong' and what needs tweaking. I switched to vodka and diet coke on nights out instead of wine but I think I may need to give up alcohol all together until I'm a little…

Was that Mfp recommended or did you realise it was more effective you eating 1600? I am happy I lost 11lbs please don't get me wrong, it's still below my goal though and the fact I haven't lost any inches, I just dont know when you should expect like visible results.

The only thing I struggle with is sugar. I don't understand how it's possible to eat fruit and not go over. I think the goal of at least 2lbs makes it disheartening when you fall short but I'm probably just moaning at the moment and should be patient! Thank you and good luck to you too

Sorry, I thought it was. I think it's viewable now. I've only been doing it for a couple of days but I tried to do an ideal today and I ran through what I would eat tomorrow and before I put in the workout for the evening I'm still left with 360 cals.
