Brilliant. I was just about to make a similar post! I love Mondays and get geeky about my fitness goals for the week! Mine are to do at least one gym class, drink 2litres of water a day, lose at least 2lb and do 4 strength workouts. I'm slightly back in love with the gym again

Hi. My breasts are a 32HH, I double up on my bras AND wear a sports bra from bravissimo as well when I run. I did it and it really works out your core and is more like a strength session rather than Cardio, I loved it. I am rejoining my old class next month! Enjoy!!

I think oats is slow releasing energy so leaves you fuller for longer and gives you more energy throughout the day as opposed to other breakfast options. When I've eaten oats at night it hasn't affected sleep but I always wake up starving!

I used to go wrong with 'rewarding' myself with food. Everyone works differently and I have got a bit less anal about not eating certain things but I try to have a 'healthier' option of something I'm craving and fit it in my calorie goals. Personally, I think the reward should be non-food related because then it feels like…

Love this post! Are you complimenting your cardio with strength so you keep the curvy bits?
-
I feel you, I felt like that at times and I guess it is just about what your goals are. I don't mean as in numbers but some people are unhappy with themselves and decide they are going to make a change and that is their motivation, with others it's a lifestyle choice, I think it's all dependent on the individual. I try not…

Interval training! High intensity! Like running on the treadmill at an incline of 10-15% at highest intensity. Then slowing it down for a 2 minutes. Bringing it back up again. I love it! You get more results from interval training on any machine I think.

I've been lifting and settled into a good routine. I know exactly what I want so I've added stuff to compliment it. I used to get advice from the personal trainers but I honestly believe they are enemies of progress! My mantra is 'look like a lady, train like a man'.…

Hi, ive been lifting for the past month. I used to rely on resistance machines but it's strictly free weights now. There are some good sites for it. Have you got a routine?

Gonna try this tonight.

Egg white omelettes? Turkey sausages or rashers. I love that.
