I do basically the same thing but with one snack. I have a snack between lunch and dinner.....I should probably eat one between breakfast and lunch but I get so busy at work I forget. When I feel those hunger pains I drink a big glass of water first (at least I try....I need to get better at that) and if I am still hungry…

I have the same issue with belly fat and I have been told that things with good fat help. Like avocados, nuts, beans. I also try to drink a lot of water.....carbonated beverages bring on the bloat. Good luck and great job with your current weight loss.

I don't know if you like avocado, but I am hooked on avocado chicken salad. I take about 4 oz of a grilled chicken breast and shred it, then I take a 1/2 of an avocado (they are high in fat....but it is good fat) and I cube it up. I also would like to loose 50 pounds. I have set a 10% of my body weight goal for now. It is a smaller goal and it feels more attainable to me. Then I thought I would shoot for 20 pounds and see where I am after that. I keep thinking to myself that this weight gain didn't happen overnight, so it certainly is not coming off…

Yikes, that is hard. I think it is hard enough coming up with filling breakfast ideas and to have 'rules" to work around would make it harder. Could you have yogurt?
