I started as a 40DD, and I am now a size 38C. I can totally relate to how you're feeling. While a 38C is not small- it's small compared to what I was! I'm 5'4''. Maybe around 20 lbs for people I don't see often. Once you continue to lose, you'll hear it from people you see more often. I'd say around the 35 lb. mark. :)

As the people above say, look for lean meats (chicken, fish, lean beef,etc.). Stay away from menu items that say they are fried, battered or smothered.
