When my knee is bugging me, I stick to walking, swimming and biking. Ice and rest as much as you can, get the best cardio you can in without aggravating the knee and get your upper body strength in. Good luck!

I took it for 6 months and lost 55 lbs for my wedding. Yes, I looked fabulous on my wedding day, and I didn't have any bad side effects. BUT...it basically took away my appetite entirely so that I didn't eat anything all day. At night I would realize, "Oh hey, I haven't eaten anything!" so I would have a little something…
