Honestly I hate when people say this. Whining about how they don't know how they are going to get there calories and what they should eat. Do they really not have any idea what to eat???

Working Out is my key. I don't loose unless I do. I try and get in 2 hours a day. I know that not everyone can do that but anything is better than nothing.:happy:

I might be incomplete on this onet. Just got done with Fast Care. I am apparently on the brink of death. Double ear infection. Sinus infection and bronchitis bordering pneumonia. I feel a little down but hopefully on the mend. Hopefully can knock out a few next week.

Ok so I am doing "pretty" good on the "no junk food" . Had a doughnut yesterday.:grumble: I am over my calories today but I did not eat much of the cheese sauce in my brocolli at all. There was at least 1/4 cup of it in the bottom of the bag. So I am counting that is less just not posting it that way. I struggle so much…
