You are right he doesn't have to eat the same foods. I guess what makes it challenging for me is he does most of the cooking. Hello, I am 26 looking and have lost 30lbs so far and have another 30-40lbs to go. I have been stuck where I am now for a while because I lost motivation but I am hoping to get back to it and stay encouraged with support from others.

Just think positive and stay active. If I'm tired I atleast do a 30 min walk on the treadmill or bike and get a B12 shot at the Dr.....congratulations on your weight loss success and being able to participate in a 5k that is great! :happy:
