Try breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack with 200 calories each time without exercise or with exercise you can eat more calories and just look at your "NET CALORIES" don't worry about any other numbers. Total calories - exercise = Net Calories. Best wishes :flowerforyou:

Definitely put the scale away for a couple of weeks . . . even a month. Take some time to go through your food diary and see where thing started going wrong.
