Water aerobics or swimming is easy on the joints but great exercise for the body and emotions. Best wishes! :flowerforyou:

I think it would be appropriate for a themed ceremony but not a traditional ceremony. I agree about #2. It is beautiful!

Definitely not necessary . . . you should get some hand weights or a kettlebell for strength training, though. Best wishes :flowerforyou:

It's ultimately up to you but if you are not losing or start gaining, I would definitely start tracking it again. I stopped tracking it for about 3 months and then when I wasn't seeing results I went back to watching it again. Best wishes :flowerforyou:

I just did as much of each exercise as I could and joined back in when I was ready. The only times I paused it were to run to the potty or grab more water. As you work through it, your body will get conditioned to recover faster. I wish I could say it gets easier as you go along, but it doesn't! :blushing: Yet you will see…

In my opinion, the maintenance is always the hardest . . . that is supposed to be when the "lifestyle change" becomes real and you have to strive every day to not sink into old habits. If maintaining was easy, people wouldn't have to go on "diets." Just keep taking it a day at a time . . . that's all you can do! Best…

This is what I use . . . https://www.buyegggenie.com/ It takes about 20 minutes and they come out perfect. I got mine at Walgreens or they sell them at Walmart. They are in the "as seen on tv" section.

Getting sashimi would be the best. Also, having edamame as an appetizer isn't too bad. I also sometimes get an ahi tuna salad . . . if it is offered. But remember, it is only one night and a night of celebration at that! Just do your best and the next day you can go back to your regular eating. Best wishes :flowerforyou:

Dont' stress over it for today. It is already done. Workout hard tonight and drink a lot of water to flush it out of your system. Start fresh tomorrow. You've got this! Best wishes :flowerforyou:

First of all, I think you look gorgeous in your profile pic . . . so I'm not sure why you want to lose more, but here are some suggestions . . . - Try changing up your workout routine. Do you do strength training (weights?) or just cardio? Your body adapts to exercise if it is always the same. Try something new . . . a new…

Cook up some hard boiled eggs ahead of time . . . you might want to invest in a gadget like the "Egg Genie." Grab a couple of eggs on your way out with some fruit. Ta-da! Protein and fiber that is quick. Best wishes :flowerforyou:

I would be ecstatic! I absolutely adore Clinton . . . Stacy is ok, too! Bring it on! :glasses:

Make sure you are changing up your workouts and not doing the same thing every day. Try a new class or get ideas for new DVDs or something. Also, take a look at your carbs/sugars/sodium levels and see if there is anything you need to change there. Keep up your water intake and eat lean protein, fruits, and veggies! If you…

That's not lame at all and you are NOT rubbish, silly! :P Interval training is great! Don't even feel bad to start with 30 sec. - 1 minute of jogging/running until you feel more comfortable. If you have a track to run on, you could start by walking the long stretches and running the shorts until you feel comfortable and…

Thank you for the information! :flowerforyou:

You NEED sleep . . . don't feel guilty about it at all.

Cute! Not slutty at all! Good choice!

The best would be to invest in a Heart Rate Monitor. I have a Polar F7. In the meantime, you could probably get a good estimate from the high intense cardio or aerobic if you do a lot of running/jumping to get the heart rate up or you could put it under calisthenics (push-ups/sit-ups, etc.). It just depends what you do at…

We appreciate hearing from you and will respond to your inquiry within 5 business days. Well, they may be experiencing a lot more if everyone joins in. LOL

Make sure you rinse the chest strap after every workout and then make sure it is wet enough before you start using it. Best wishes :flowerforyou:

The best thing to do is find a store that has several cuts to try on. I have had the most luck recently at American Eagle. Don't pay attention to the size . . . try them on to see what looks the best on your body. When I tried on like 6 different styles, I had to try different sizes in them because of the way they fit…

WOO HOO! That is so awesome! You are looking good. Best wishes :flowerforyou:

There are 10 Minute Solutions videos out there that are great and fast. I have the Pilates DVD and it has 5 workouts . . . one of them being the ab workout. You can choose 1 workout, all 5 workouts or customize it for how much time you have. Here is their website: http://www.the10minutesolution.com/series/index.html Best…

Squats, lunges, push-ups, sit-ups, calf raises, marching/jogging in place, punches (uppercuts/forward/side), kicks (fwd/back/side), leg raises (standing or on ground), shoulder burnout (flutter arms up and down, in circles, move arms together and apart (like an alligator bite) - switch direction every 30 sec-1 min), planks…

I have a Polar F7. I purchased it last December from Newegg.com. I think it was about $100. Best wishes :flowerforyou:
