  • I used to go there awhile back. It used to be $40 per month back then but it may have changed by now.

  • Recipe books similar to this one: http://www.thesneakychef.com/ may have some tricks for you to disguise the taste or texture that causes you to not like them. Best wishes One other: http://shine.yahoo.com/channel/food/8-recipes-with-hidden-veggies-2482562
  • I like to change it up all of the time. I utilize the elliptical/exercise bike; running outdoors (including hills); exercise DVDs (I have "Yoga Meltdown" by Jillian Michaels, "!0 Minute Solutions: Pilates," the "Insanity" program, and the "Turbo Fire" program; Wii Games ("Wii Fit", "Zumba", "Gold's Gym Dance Workout",…
  • I agree with some of the above posts. I don't believe it is weight that is the issue it is more about physical fitness level and whether your body can withstand constant jumping. You will jump/bounce in about every exercise. The standard warm-up is as follows: - Jogging in place - Jumping Jacks - Heismans - 1, 2, 3…
  • HAWTY! Great work! :flowerforyou:
  • Maybe try eating small throughout the day instead of having 3 "meals." I have also been taking Papaya Enzyme supplements after meals to help digestion. It has helped me with acid reflux/heartburn. It may help you, too. Here is some more info.: http://www.quality-nutritional-supplements.com/benefits-of-papaya-enzymes.html…

  • I'm with you, sister. My husband always points out when he sees "Naturally Skinny Girls" who have cheesy thighs and are wearing short shorts. He is always like, "See, your thighs are much nicer to look at than hers!" I wear a size 12 in shorts as well and YES my stupid inner thighs touch! LOL Thanks for the post!…
  • I;m not sure how much better this suggestion would be than the regular pasta . . but maybe consider Quinoa? Here is some information on it: http://www.fatsecret.com/calories-nutrition/food/quinoa/carbohydrate I hope this helps. Best wishes :flowerforyou:
  • YES! I use the Isopure Zero. 50 grams of protein and no carbs or sugars in 2 scoops. It comes in many flavors. http://www.theisopurecompany.com/ Best wishes :flowerforyou:
  • Great post! Thank you for sharing. I am guilty of this many times. Have a great week! :flowerforyou:
  • "Insanity" by Team Beach Body . . . .toning. But that was also the one I did the most consistently. I also have "Turbo Fire" and when I did it for 3 weeks straight I was starting to see changes but then I tapered off. My husband did "Insanity" with me so it kept me motivated. He wasn't a fan of "Turbo Fire" as he didn't…
  • Me too!

  • I have one half brother (from Mom's previous marriage), one half sister (from Dad's previous marriage), and one full sister. I am the youngest.
  • You are definitely not alone. I am in counseling and currently working on this myself . . . as well as other things. Some weeks I am beaming and can see my progress in the mirror. Then, a few days later I swear I look 10-20 pounds heavier and I notice every single flaw on my body. *My husband took away my scale and hid it…
  • Congrats! Keep up the good work. Thanks for letting us celebrate your victory with you. :flowerforyou:
  • I understand, I do! I got married at 17 . . . and yes I had a child. People judged my parenting based on my age as well. But I just had to learn to ignore it. Because in a crowded restaurant/event my child was always better behaved than the older parents in the room. LOL
  • Exercising doesn't have to be a chore. It can be fun! Do you have a game system . . . Wii, XBOX, or Playstation? If so, get an active game. I absolutely love doing "Just Dance 2". I burn a great amount of calories while having fun at the same time. Do you like any sports? Shooting baskets, swimming, kicking around a soccer…
  • Woo Hoo! Way to go! I bet you feel awesome. Enjoy your new body . . . . and beautiful dress. :flowerforyou:
  • I am not sure about the corrolation with weight loss but I have experienced this ever since I can remember. People are always asking me where I get the bruises from and I don't always have an answer. I even had a "friend" in high school spread rumors around school that my father abused me. Not the case! I've never got a…
  • Hmmm . . . that does seem weird. Can you scroll through the menu at all? Are there settings? I have a Polar F7. You can go through the menu for settings and data that has already been saved . . . .
  • Even a banana about 30 minutes before a workout would be good. But get something in your system and then afterwards get your protein in (shake or eggs/Greek yogurt/Cottage Cheese, etc.). Best wishes:flowerforyou:
  • I just got over mine. Keep on drinking your water and be sure to keep your workout regimen going even if you don't feel like it.
  • I have never had a good experience with aspartame. It makes me feel sick and I either get light headed or a headache. I have tried to switch to raw cane sugar or Stevia as much as possible. They are starting to come out with more products using Stevia or Truvia (Vitamin Water Zero/Steaz Teas/Zevia) but they are not wide…
