  • Add me as a Friend. The more friends you have the better. It helps me get motivated, when I see someone else loosing weight. Or if I had broke down and ate a bunch of junk. I started exercising more, when I see other people and what they are doing. Even doing 10 min's a day is doing something. Gail
  • Im Gail, ive been on and off this site. Trying really hard to say focused on weight loss. But have to have them baby steps to get to the big goal.
  • I just started back up on myfitnesspal, and need motivation too. Could use some friends. So add me. I have lost 16lb so far. But fell off the wagon, but back on again.
  • You look great, I have been slacking on keeping track of my food. You just gave me insperation. That is me in a size 18, I would love to wear a size 8 shorts too.
