I don't eat bread at all. Use lettuce wraps. Also eliminated corn , rice and potatoes. Huge on starchy sugars they are.

Beauty really is skin deep. I have met GQ looking men that turned very ugly upon talking. I know a few women that are close to 300 lbs and the most sweetest, beautiful people I know. Learn to love yourself. The rest will follow. It is the most valuable gift you can give ourself and your children. <3<3<3

I've been looking into paleo myself. I am going to miss my beans. So far so good since I have major sensitivities to grains and yeast. I've eliminated all breads. I feel a world of difference better and down 15 lbs but have plateaued.

That would be 66 carbs for a small soda. That is more than half of what I allow myself in carbs daily. Ouch!

The more protein I eat, the less I want sweets.

I buy deli turkey. It's easy to stick a few pieces in a baggie or Pyrex bowl. I stick it in my lunch pail with one of those refreeze packs and I munch on that and nuts. Usually walnuts and macadamia nuts. Tons of protein and fiber but count our portions cause the nuts are high in calories and good fats.

I would love some suggestions on some easy low complex carbs to eat.

We like spreading peanut butter on apple slices. Make sure you measure. Peanut butter is high in calories and fat. You might want to check out other butters like almond, tahini etc for a variety.

I am a small build. I am 155 lbs in a size 12. My goal is 130 in a size 4. I did have 3 c sections so I know what you mean about belly.
