  • 1200 cals is very lo, you should lose a pd a week which is safe, if you eat 500 cal less than what you should be doing if you were not trying to lose weight. I'm eating 1350, and don't find myself starving ever...it could be what you're eating in your 1200 cals as well. Try eating smaller meals 5 times/day vs only 3 meals…
