For June 4th (since I'm only halfway through the 5th) 1) Forced myself to do 30 Day Shred even though I was so tired from work because I knew I'd be so mad if I ruined it for myself 2) Turned down chocolate! 3) Did not eat after dinner :) ( I had dinner late and usually I snack alot but I did not so yay!)

Food vices: - nuts and peanut butter - nutella (has nuts in it... must keep this and PB out of the friggen house!) - GRAZING - When a batch of baked goods are made I can't help but have one. And then 11 more. I've actually been pretty good with this stuff lately!

There is no specific plan to lose 30 lb in 90 days. That is a commn misconception of this group! You'll need a yoga mat if you're working out on a hard floor b/c theres some moves lying down. Dumbells are also needed but get 2-5 lbs - I use 3 and I think its just perfect, i would die using 5 buut you may be stronger than me! :)

I'm sticking to approximately wat MFP is telling me but I'm going to play around with it when I have plateaus or as my weight changes, and also cals might differ according to my daily schedule or activity :) I'll let you know if I finally find a routine I can stick to hahaha!
