  • The bars do indicate that they are produced on equipment that processes milk, egg, tree nuts, peanuts, and sesame - BUT - they are not in the bar - so id say if her allergy is SO severe - then stay away - but the chances of small traces being in the bar just because its processed on the same equipment - prob very slim so,…

  • Any Protein bar that is Vegan will be dairy and egg free - thats a given - My bar of choice is PROBAR - Base (also sold as Core before it was renamed).   • I love Amys - especiailly being Vegan - soooo many choices =) Not sure if you are vegan or not, but def go with Amys for all of the quality ingredients for sure.
