Hello everyone my name is Juliana, I am the mother of s nine year old daughter. I started my weight loss goal at 227 lbs. I am not 191 lbs I have twenty more pounds to go and I am stuck at 191 does anyone have any suggestions for me. I must say congradulations ladies on your weight loss accomplishments.
