New Brunswicker here! Just re-joined the gym after a 6 month or so of being off track, more motivated this time around! Haven't been on MFP for over a year now - forgot how useful this site was!

Looks like I have the same result as a few others - no changes! Exactly the same. I know I was down a bit on the weekend but it might have been the work BBQ I went to lastnight.... this will be a better week I can feel it!
