I only get to go to Mcdonald a few times a year .. which is why I forced myself to eat a burger. I will try to change what i'm eating and see if that helps. Maybe instead of the 5 to 6 loght meals a day thing I will just go for three meals a day.

A whey protien powder from your local pharmacy or walmart should be good enough. Mine cost 15.00 .. I only use half a serving because I do eat eggs and meats and it last me 2 months. You'll want to use a full serving every day.

I do the same, and agree it is fine so long as you are getting your nutrients I also just started taking a multivitamin and calcium to make sure I get all my nutrients..
