My son got them all over his back when he liftd weights .. His doctor said that can happen, when skin is forced to stretch whether from pregnancy, weight gain or muscle building.

Yeap Once a month I do count my house cleaning calories because Once a month I move all the furniture to clean under it and I clean out closets and cubards and such and so on.... In the winter and fall its the treadmill and Gazelle glider, spring and summer the stationary bike and the Gazelle Glider but my bike just broke so I'm kind of lost.

I started getting anxiety and panic attacks about ten years ago.. When a lot is going on it can get over whelming.. I don't get them so bad now, I just stay home and don't go out much or socialize much.

I'll eat Salad rarely: I really hate it..... and I'm not into raw veggies either .. So I make soups in the winter and stirfry in the summer... Sweet potato, lemon squash, spinach, mushrooms, onions, tomato are my favorites.

I usually crave high carb foods at night... and do believe if I eat most of my high carbs during the day I have a better chance of burning them off.. But I'm 47 years old and my metabolism is slowing down... In my younger days I don't think it really mattered when the bulk of my carbs was consumed...
