I'm addicted to the Cybex Arc Trainer. I try to mix it up, but the vast majority of my cardio is done on the Arc. I flippin love that thing.

I'm having an egg white (6 egg whites) omelet with onions, mushrooms, spinach and hickory smoked swiss cheese. 305 calories!

I usually wake up between 5:30 and 5:45 and I try to get to the gym between 6:00 and 6:30. It's not that fun in the winter when it's freezing outside, but I prefer to start my day with a workout. It helps me get mind in a healthy focused state before I go to work.

Wine and cheese! I love cheese and I put it in my omelets, but I can't have a brick of it in my fridge because I have a self control issue with the deliciousness of cheese. Instead I go to the deli and ask them for a few slices, that way I can have cheese and I don't have to worry about binging on it.

Bread, pasta, pizza...not easy being Italian, we love bread and pasta! I used spaghetti squash now instead as a substitute, and I make portabello pizzas or pizza with a cauliflower crust. Still tasty!

I'm 5'2 125 lbs and my GW is 118-115. I started out sticking strictly to 1,200, but I hit a plateau. Once I started eating back some of my exercise calories I started to lose again. I do cardio 6 days a week and I'm trying to get in to weight training. Feel free to add me :)

I use the high low carb high protein and fiber wraps instead of a regular crust. It gets super crispy and doesn't use up like half a day's worth of calories. I always eat them back. When I first started using MFP I didn't, and I was exhausted during workouts. I think it also depends on how much you are working out. If you are burning 400-500 calories in a workout, you are going to be very very hungry if you don't eat back some of the exercise calories. Good luck! :)
