I wake up at 5am and head to the gym. I don't eat before I work out, but I do take 2 "Zoom Chews" (energy chews) from GNC.

I was a vegetarian for 10 years and I finally quit last September. Bacon is effing delicious. I had cream cheese and jalapeno stuffed chicken wrapped in bacon last night for dinner! Tiny portions, but still awesome!

I have the HTC Rezound with the extended battery so it's way too big for an arm band. I was wearing the Ascis Nimbus for years but I switched to the Brooks Glycerin in January and LOVE them. They are wider in the toe box and I had to get orthotics so the Brooks ended up fitting me much better. I love them!

I love Winsor Pilates and would absolutely do a class if one was offered in my area. I have a friend that is a certified instructor but she teaches about an hour and 15 minutes away. I might be moving to Baltimore in a few months so I'd love to know if you find a good studio there!

I was over by about 850 calories, but none of it was alcohol. It was cheese and crackers and cake and needless snacking. Food hangover today!

I make the "paste" every day and put it on bananas. Love that stuff. I mix the chocolate PB2 in plain greek yogurt. Try it, it's delicious!

The only luck I've really had is to go a size down and then wear 2 sports bras. It makes all the difference. I also only wear the ones that hook in the back so you can adjust the strap and make sure that it's good and tight.

I have one scoop post workout every day. It really helps with recovery, at you height and weight you probably don't need 2 scoops. Plus only having 1 scoop makes it last longer.
