Plain greek yogurt with a tablespoon of chocolate PB2 and a banana! So good. PB2 is awesome.

I've done the Warrior Dash, and I'm doing the Spartan Race this June (or at least that's my plan)...I wanted to do Tough Mudder, but it's too far away. I'm also signed up for some Mud Run in May at a ski resort. They are so much freaking fun! Go with a group!

I've been stuck at 122 for the longest time. My original goal weight was 115, but I think I'm going to aim for 118 instead.

I always use low sodium chicken broth when I cook quinoa (I usually use half water and half broth). It also helps if you toast the grains before cooking. Just put them in a pan with no oil on low heat for a few minutes (stirring constantly) until you smell a nutty flavor.

Mine shrunk, but not that much! Was a 34E now 34DDD. Big boobs run in my family, I don't think they will ever go away.

YES!!! I get really down and I feel like a lazy slug. That is why I hate taking a rest day! I don't really know how to avoid the feeling, I just try to look forward to the next day when I can go to the gym because I always have a killer workout after a rest day!
