  • Good for you! Restaurant meals are my greatest challenge. I look forward to - but agonize over eating too much.
  • I think the most important thing is just knowing how much you had. I use plastic measuring cups to measure out my food - otherwise I have no idea how much I've eaten. If I'm in a rush I might type in the type of food (like pizza) and pick the most likely frozen pizza and use that.
  • I eat fruit between meals - an apple at mid-morning and a banana in the late afternoon. I find bananas particularly filling. I bring these with me from home so they're available if I need them and keep them on my desk.
