  • I tried them and added a few blueberries. They were good, very moist, not crunchy. The texture is a bit odd.
  • I cut mine into slices and fry them in a little water, when soft I drizzle a little maple syrup on top. You can cut them in strips, wash them so they are wet, shake them in corn starch and alittle olive oil and bake.
  • Every morning I throw a banana, apple, (and any other fruit I have such as: strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, kiwi, oranges) in my KitchenAid Blender.
